Who we are
Equipment specialists in a narrow field
Pricom connects an operational requirement to the right manufacturer, and stays with the equipment for as long as it remains in service.
We supply organisations whose work depends on their equipment: armed forces, police services, correctional and border units, and private security operators. What they need is rarely off the shelf — an optic has to match a weapon platform, a vehicle has to meet a protection level, a uniform has to fit a size schedule across hundreds of people.
That is why we work in a narrow field rather than a broad one. Our range covers six product categories, all of them built on direct relationships with authorised manufacturers, and all of them carrying technical, legal and safety requirements a general supplier is not set up to meet.
We are based in Prishtina and supply organisations in Kosovo and the wider region. Restricted items are supplied only to bodies entitled to hold them, under the licences and permissions each item requires.
Our commitment
What is offered is what is delivered in specification, in quantity and on time.
Who we work with
Three kinds of client, one standard
-
Defence and armed forces
Armored mobility, weapon systems, optics and personal protection, specified by platform and by role.
-
Police and public order
Uniforms, protective and riot control equipment, less-lethal options and observation systems.
-
Security operators
Private security and critical infrastructure operators requiring protective equipment and drone detection.
Our principles
Four things we do not negotiate
-
01
Authorised sourcing only
Every item comes from a manufacturer or distributor we are authorised to buy from, with documentation to match.
-
02
Specifications met
What is offered is what is delivered. No unagreed substitutions and no technical compromise.
-
03
Supplied only where entitled
Restricted equipment goes only to organisations legally entitled to hold it. There is no flexibility here.
-
04
Support for the service life
Warranty, spares, maintenance and technical support run for as long as the equipment is in use.
How we work
From requirement to handover
-
Specification
We establish what the equipment has to do and under what conditions, then propose options that actually meet it.
-
Sourcing and clearance
Selection from authorised manufacturers, with documentation and permissions arranged before anything ships.
-
Delivery and support
Inspection, delivery, fitting and familiarisation, followed by warranty, spares and maintenance.
What we supply
Six product categories
Each category carries its own technical and legal requirements. All of them follow the same delivery standard.
