Services

Supply is where the work begins.

Equipment is only useful while it is serviceable. Alongside supply we carry out the work that keeps platforms available, and we help organisations specify correctly before anything is ordered.

What we do

Three services, one standard

Each is bought separately or alongside a supply contract. All three are delivered by the same people who handled the original order.

  1. Maintenance and servicing

Keeping armored vehicles and personnel carriers available across their full service life, on a schedule that fits how the fleet is used.

An armored platform is only an asset while it is roadworthy and its protection is intact. We work to a schedule agreed with the operator rather than a fixed calendar, so vehicles come off the line when the unit can spare them — and go back on it having been checked against the manufacturer's specification.

    What it covers

    • 01 Inspection
    • 02 Repair
    • 03 Spare parts
    • 04 Overhaul

  2. Technical consultation

Advice for organisations building new capability or renewing existing fleets and equipment, before the specification is fixed.

Most of what goes wrong with an equipment purchase is decided before anything is ordered: a protection level that does not match the threat, an optic that will not sit on the platform in service, a size schedule that ignores how a unit is actually made up. We would rather be involved at that stage than explain a mismatch afterwards.

    What it covers

    • 01 Specification review
    • 02 Platform selection
    • 03 Procurement advice

  3. Related support

The work that surrounds delivered equipment, arranged around your operating schedule rather than ours.

Equipment arrives, and then it has to be counted, distributed, fitted, understood and kept stocked. This is the unglamorous half of a delivery, and it is where a supplier either stays useful or disappears. We stay reachable for as long as the equipment is in service.

    What it covers

    • 01 Fleet inspection
    • 02 Spare parts supply
    • 03 Operator familiarisation

Through the service life

Maintenance is a cycle, not an event

Armored vehicles and personnel carriers stay in service for years. Keeping them available means returning to the same four stages, at intervals set by how hard the fleet is actually worked.

  1. 01

    Inspection

Condition assessed against the manufacturer's specification — drivetrain, protection, seals and fitted systems — and recorded.

  2. 02

    Repair

Faults found during inspection are quoted and put right, with the scope agreed before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Spare parts

Parts sourced from the original manufacturer, so protection levels and fit are not compromised by a substitute.

  4. 04

    Overhaul

At the end of a service interval, the platform is brought back to a defined standard rather than patched again.

Back into service — and round again.

How we work with you

Scheduled around your operations

A vehicle in a workshop is a vehicle not doing its job. Work is planned around your operating cycle, agreed in writing before it starts, and reported on when it finishes — so a fleet manager always knows what is off the line, why, and until when.

  • Work scheduled around your operating cycle, not ours
  • Scope and cost agreed in writing before work begins
  • Spare parts sourced from the original manufacturer
  • A written record of what was found and what was done
  • A named technical contact for the duration

What we support

The equipment behind the service

Servicing, spares and technical support cover the same range we supply.
