01 Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through this website is the company named at the end of this page. Personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation of the Republic of Kosovo.
02 What the contact form collects
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in and a small amount of technical information attached automatically:
- Your name
- Your organisation
- Your email address
- Your telephone number, if you choose to give one
- The subject you select and the message you write
- The IP address the enquiry was sent from, the language of the page, and the date and time
03 Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use it to read your enquiry, to answer it, and to keep a record of the correspondence. The name, organisation and message are needed to understand the request; the email address is needed to reply to it.
The IP address, language and timestamp are recorded to help identify abuse of the form and to establish when a message was sent. They are not used to build any profile of you.
The basis for processing is your own act of sending the enquiry, and our legitimate interest in responding to it and in protecting the form from misuse.
04 Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to the company email address as an ordinary email message. They are not written to a database on this website, and there is no customer relationship system behind it.
The mail passes through our hosting and email provider in the course of delivery. That provider acts on our instructions and does not use the content for its own purposes.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone else except where a supplier or manufacturer has to be involved in order to answer your specific request, or where the law requires disclosure.
05 How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with the enquiry, and afterwards for as long as there is a business or legal reason to retain it — for example where it relates to a quotation, an order, or a matter that could later be disputed. When neither applies, it is deleted.
06 Cookies
This site sets one cookie. It is a session cookie named pricom_session, it holds no personal information, and its only purpose is to carry the security token that protects the contact form against forged submissions.
It is deleted when you close your browser. It is strictly necessary for the form to work, which is why you are not asked to consent to it.
As this notice is written, there are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind on this site. If that changes you will be asked first — see "If we introduce analytics or advertising" below.
07 What this site does not do
It is worth stating plainly, because most sites do the opposite. As this notice is written:
- No analytics or visitor statistics service is installed
- No advertising, retargeting or tracking pixels
- Typefaces are served from this site, not from a font network
- No map is embedded — the address links out to Google Maps only if you click it, and nothing is requested from Google before then
- No social media buttons or embedded content
08 If we introduce analytics, advertising or embedded content
We may add website analytics in order to understand how the site is used. We may in future run advertising and measure whether it reached the right audience. And we may embed content from a social network, such as a Facebook page. None of that is in place today.
A plain link to a social media profile is not the same thing, and does not change anything described here: following a link is your decision, and nothing is requested from that network until you do.
If any of it is introduced, this notice will be updated before it goes live — naming what is collected, which provider handles it, and how long it is kept — and the date at the top of this page will change.
Where the law requires your consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, you will be asked for it before anything is stored on your device, and you will be able to refuse without losing access to any part of the site.
Until you see that change on this page, nothing here is measuring you.
09 Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which record requests to the site including IP addresses. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by the site itself, and are used for security and for diagnosing faults.
10 Your rights
You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing it. You may also ask for a copy in a portable form.
Write to the address at the end of this page and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the national supervisory authority for data protection.
11 Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the revised version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. Where a change materially affects how we handle enquiries already received, we will say so here rather than change it quietly.
